Lynn Purcell along with her son Eric did a fantastic job for us when it came to helping my wife and I purchase our first ever home. I was only 24 yrs old and my wife 22, but she took us seriously and was always there to help us out. Most realtors probably would not have taken us seriously because of our age and the state of the economy thinking that there was no way "these two could afford a home in this economy", but Lynn and Eric did. She would work around the clock to help us. She sent emails updates at all hours. Worked into the morning when it came time to negotiate and get all the paper signed. Also, when I first called her to inform her that my wife and myself were looking for a home I had to leave a message. However, she called me back within an hour and within in an hour after that she had our profile set up online to look at all the homes that fell under our categories. She never took advantage of us and got us the best deal on our house. She was tough negotiator and got the home for us under appraised value as well as all appliances (which were not included at first) she also got the sellers to pay for the radon test, survey and a one year home warranty on everything in the house including appliances. I will use Lynn and Eric Purcell everything I am selling and buying a home as long as they are working and I could never recommend two Realtor's more so then these two.
